Bleum's largest technology practice area is developing multi-tiered, web-based business applications based on the Java J2EE platform. More and more, our web development makes use of web services for deploying and integrating SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) applications. For J2EE, Bleum has experience developing multi-tiered web accessible applications, developed on the leading application servers and built with various databases including Oracle and SQL Server. The Bleum team is skilled in the use of the latest Java and J2EE technologies and tools that include Hibernate, Spring, Struts and Eclipse IDE.

Bleum has significant experience developing mission critical web-based business applications for multinational companies. We are currently managing an offshore development center for a U.S. bank. The primary focus is developing J2EE applications that support online banking and customer service. The platform includes Sun Solaris and Linux operating systems, Oracle database and Oracle application server. Our experience also includes developing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for the China division of Standard Chartered Bank, one of the world's largest banks. This system supports Standard Chartered Bank's three branch locations across China in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. The system was developed on J2EE, Windows and SQL Server. Bleum also worked with Citibank China providing software test services for a J2EE-based online banking service.

Bleum has introduced Chordiant as its latest application platform, enhancing the company's customer service offering.

Bleum has a resource base of 20+ Chordiant Specialists, many of whom have been trained in the US. The team is also able to utilize Chordiant's propriety development process and Harmony to ensure seamless integration with customer development teams.

At present, Bleum is utilizing Chordiant technology for a number of its credit card and financial services companies. Chordiant is being utilized to re-engineer customers' contact centre application suites and decision support systems. Bleum customers have migrated from their legacy systems to Tibco in order to increase efficiency, response time and profitability. With Tibco's product family, Bleum's team is establishing distributed architectures and ensuring rapid development.

Currently Bleum is capitalizing on Tibco technology for a number of its credit card and financial services customers. The technology is being used to construct a universal and integrated application for agents and managers. Bleum team is now using Mercury WinRunner, QuickTest Professional and AQA Test Complete to develop highly robust, maintainable and reusable test automation suites. Data driven and keyword driven methodology are applied to develop a high-cohesion GUI independent test automation framework which supports multiple layer implementation.

Bleum team has engaged in an automation testing project for ChinaUnionPay using Mercury solution. And now Bleum testing professionals are focusing on a test automation project using AQA TestComplete.
